DMH Home Health Agency
Delta Memorial Hospital has provided quality home health care for our community for over 30 years. We provide a variety of services from skilled nursing to rehabilitation assistance in the comfort on your own home.
Referrals to Home Health are accepted from your physician, a discharge planner, or by family request. Each patient is individually evaluated by a registered nurse and a plan of care is developed by Home Health in conjunction with the patient and their physician. In most cases home care services can be covered through Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance however private pay can also be accepted. Medicare patients must be homebound to qualify for health services.
Our Home Health Agency is there for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our on call Home Health Nurse can be reached by calling Delta Memorial Hospital at 382-3873.
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Delta Memorial Hospital Home Health Agency is located on HWY 165 in Dumas, next to First Arkansas Insurance.
