Visitor Information

Guests are encouraged to visit friends and loved ones during their stay. However, we ask that you respect the wishes and rights of your friends and family as well as the privacy and rights of other patients that need treatment and rest.

Visitor parking is located at the front of the hospital. We ask that all visitors please use the front doors to enter the hospital during normal operating and general visitation hours. Elevators are located on the first floor.

We also ask that you follow the instructions given to you by hospital staff while they are caring for your loved one and that all children be accompanied by an adult during their visit. Any children under the age of 12 who may be visiting should have the approval of the charge nurse before arrival.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are from 6 am to 7 pm (hours are subject to change), at which time the front entrance will be locked. We ask that any visitors leave the premises before that time or when alerted by hospital staff that visiting hours have ended. One overnight guest is welcome to stay with each patient. However, we ask that you alert staff that you will be staying the night and that you arrive before general visitation has ended. Otherwise, if unable, please enter through the ER.

Waiting and Family Rooms

During normal operational and general visitation hours, guests are welcome to use our front lobby, outpatient surgery waiting room, and family room. The front lobby as well as outpatient surgery waiting room are located on the first floor and the family room is located on the second floor. Hospital staff can direct you as necessary.

Gift Shop

We have a gift shop on site, open from 9 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday, for all of your gift-giving needs. Some items regularly available include: t-shirts, sweaters, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, electronic accessories, baby items, snacks, and perfume.

Vending

A soda and snack vending machine is available in the first floor outpatient surgery waiting room. (When coming off of the elevators, take a right. If coming from the ER waiting, go straight.) There is also a soda machine available in ER waiting.

WiFi

Free WiFi is available to all hospital guests through our "Guest" network. Restrictions do apply, so some websites and apps may not be available while using our network.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is no longer allowed on hospital property. Please be considerate of this law and do not break it, as you could face a penalty by law if caught doing so.

Poetry carries its history within it, and it is oral in origin. Its transmission was oral. Its transmission today is still in part oral, because we become acquainted with poetry through nursery rhymes, which we hear before we can read.
